We are proud to share that Celper AI has completed the Junior Achievement Lithuania accelerator_x programme in 2025, finishing the year with two recognitions: 2nd Best JA Company in Lithuania and the award for Highest Economic Benefit. For a company founded by students, being recognised through a programme built around young entrepreneurship feels especially meaningful.
From a student idea to a working product
Celper AI began in 2024 as the idea of three students who wanted to fix the slow, repetitive first stage of recruitment. Today the company is led by its two co-founders, Marius Vanagas and Rokas Remeika, and the platform is in the hands of real recruiting teams. The accelerator_x programme gave us a structured way to test our thinking, sharpen the business, and measure the practical value we create. The Highest Economic Benefit award reflects exactly that focus: building something that earns its place in a hiring team’s day rather than something that merely sounds clever.
What we built along the way
The work behind these awards is the product itself. Celper AI automates first-stage recruitment with AI phone interviews: real two-way phone calls that need no app, link or scheduling, adapt in real time, and ask role-specific questions. There is also an on-screen AI avatar alternative, with CV screening included on every plan. Every candidate receives an explainable report, scoring competencies such as communication, confidence and role skills, with the AI’s reasoning attached to each score. Recruiters follow it all from a live HR dashboard. The platform works around the clock in over 50 languages, with local caller ID per market.
Crucially, the technology is designed to support people, not replace them. A candidate can never be set to Selected or Rejected until a person reviews the AI analysis, in keeping with our principle: built for recruiters, not replacements. Celper AI is GDPR compliant and aligned with the EU AI Act, with EU data residency and encryption in transit and at rest.
Being named 2nd Best JA Company in Lithuania is a genuine encouragement to keep going, and a reminder that the journey from a student project to a trusted recruiting tool is still very much underway.
