What does Celper AI actually do?
Celper automates first-stage recruitment: AI phone and avatar interviews, CV screening, candidate data management, explainable reports, and an HR dashboard.
How do AI phone interviews work?
Candidates receive a real phone call from Celper’s conversational AI. It asks role-specific questions, adapts to answers in real time, and works on any phone — no app or link required.
Which languages are supported?
Celper runs interviews in 50+ languages, 24/7 — no scheduling needed.
Does AI make the hiring decision?
No. Celper assists — a human always makes the final call. A candidate can’t be set to Selected or Rejected until a person reviews the AI analysis (EU AI Act Art. 14, GDPR Art. 22).
Is Celper GDPR compliant?
Yes — Celper is GDPR compliant and EU AI Act aligned. Data is stored in the EU (Google Cloud/Firebase, Belgium/Netherlands) and encrypted in transit and at rest.
What happens to candidate data?
Candidate data is auto-deleted after 12 months. You are the data controller, Celper is the processor, and a Data Processing Agreement is executed with every customer.
Do you use marketing or advertising cookies?
No. Celper’s site uses no advertising or marketing cookies — only what is strictly necessary to run the service.
How fair is the screening?
Every candidate gets the same questions and the same scoring rubric, which reduces bias by design — and every score is explainable, so you can see the reasoning behind it.
Does Celper integrate with our ATS?
ATS integrations are on the roadmap (coming soon). Reports and candidate data are available in the Celper dashboard today.
Can we customize interviews and scoring?
Yes — interviews and scoring criteria are configured per role, so every position gets questions and rubrics that fit it.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is volume-based: the more interviews you run, the lower the per-interview price. See the Pricing page for current tiers and the savings calculator.

Yes — try a demo interview from the homepage (type your number and Celper calls you), or book a call with the team.
How fast can we start?
Minutes. There is no lengthy implementation for first-stage screening — set up a role and Celper builds the interview.

Who built Celper?
Celper was founded by three students in a Lithuanian classroom and is built today by Vizionieriai, MB — led by its two co-founders, Marius Vanagas and Rokas Remeika, who went on to win national innovation awards.
