Celper AI was recently featured on TV3’s programme “Ateities Milijonieriai” (Future Millionaires), bringing our work to a national audience. For a young Lithuanian AI company, founded in 2024 by three students and led today by co-founders Marius Vanagas and Rokas Remeika, it was a proud moment to share what we are building from Vilnius with the rest of the country.
What Celper does
Celper AI is a B2B platform that automates the first stage of recruitment. Our flagship is the AI phone interview: a real, two-way phone call with no app to install, no link to click and nothing to schedule. The conversation adapts in real time and asks role-specific questions, with a local caller-ID for each market — +370 in Lithuania, +371 in Latvia, +372 in Estonia, +48 in Poland and more. For teams who prefer an on-screen experience, we also offer AI avatar interviews. CV screening is included with every plan, and the platform works in over 50 languages, around the clock.
After each interview, recruiters receive an explainable candidate report. Competencies such as communication, confidence and role-specific skills are scored, with the AI’s reasoning attached to every score. A live HR dashboard shows interview activity, roles and campaigns, and lets teams export candidate data whenever they need it.
Built for recruiters, not replacements
National television recognition is encouraging, but our principles stay the same. Human oversight is a hard rule at Celper: a candidate cannot be marked Selected or Rejected until a person has reviewed the AI analysis. That approach reflects the human-oversight requirements of the EU AI Act and the safeguards in the GDPR around solely-automated decisions. We are GDPR compliant and aligned with the EU AI Act, with EU data residency, encryption in transit and at rest, and candidate data automatically deleted after twelve months.
Appearing on “Ateities Milijonieriai” follows other milestones for the team, including recognition as a “Young Innovator” and a World Summit Awards 2025 finalist representing Lithuania. We are grateful for the platform — and even more grateful for the recruiters and candidates who shape the product every day.
